Smoking prices are based on incoming weight. Kipper smoking takes three days, strips take two weeks. Price Includes: Filleting, Curing, Smoking and Vac Packing.

Kipper Smoked Salmon:

Smoked Salmon Strips:
Hot Smoke Processing .....$4.50 lb

Expect A weight loss due to smoking and amount of cleaning needed. Not all salmon makes good strips and we will recommend the best smoking process.
