fishermen to supply our retail and wholesale customers. In
addition to having a competitive price, this ensures prime
quality due to select purchasing, less handling, immediate
temperature control and processing.
Orders for large quantities
and/or weekly shipments, to restaurants and re-sellers, need
to be placed or committed prior to the summer harvest season
to ensure adequate stocks for requested on-time delivery.
To maintain on-going customer
satisfaction for fresh and quality product, we do not carry
fish over to the next year. Instead, we buy only what we
have commitments for and what we expect to sell during the
