When you process your game at Echo Lake, you receive your own meat back.
Keeping your meat dry, cool and clean in the field will improve the taste of
your meat. Clean meat also reduces the amount of trimming waste. Due to extra
time needed to process unclean meat, a higher price will be charged. Sour or
unclean meat may not be accepted, at our discretion.
